Silicon Nitride Ignition
Fuction : Silicon Nitride Ignition can reach up fast to 1000℃ within 1 minute after power on and light solid / gas combustible materials. Ceramic Heater can work in hard conditions with long life. HSI is not only for home appliance,also for auto start heating.
Gas Ignition Working Process : Open gas (NG,LPG) – Turn on ignitor (piezo igniter, pulse igniter, Silicon Nitride Ignition – Get fire through spark plug (Pilot Light) – Heat thermocouple tip and produce a voltage – Magnet unit of gas valve opens – Keep stable fire with gas flow – Turn off fire or accidental flame out – Thermocouple tip become cold – Voltage weak and disappear – Gas valve closes – Gas flow stops
Application : Indoor or outdoor kitchen appliances such as gas /electric range oven, cooktop, barbecue (BBQ,barbeque), water heater, boiler, space heater, fireplace, stove, burner, cooker, roaster, toaster, furnace, pellet, hob, grill, microwave, and etc.It can also be for start heating as auto parts.
