Piezo Ignitor For Heater

How it work?

As spark generator in ignition system, piezo ignitor can put out piezoelectric power by pushing button. It can connect spark plug with electrode.

Ignition Working Process :

Open gas (NG,LPG) – Turn on Ignition Switch (piezo igniter, pulse ignitor, hot surface ignitor) – Get fire through spark plug (Pilot Burner) – Heat thermocouple tip and produce a voltage – Magnet unit of gas valve opens – Keep stable fire with gas flow – Turn off fire or accidental flame out – Thermocouple tip become cold – Voltage weak and disappear – Gas valve closes – Gas flow stops
