Hot Surface Ignitor
Fuction : Hot surface ignitor can reach up fastly to 1000℃ within 1 minute after power on and light solid / gas combustible materials.It can work in hard conditions with long life.
Ignition Working Process : Open gas (NG,LPG) – Turn on ignitor (piezo igniter,pulse igniter,hot surface ignitor) – Get fire through spark plug (Pilot Light) – Heat thermocouple tip and produce a voltage – Magnet unit of gas valve opens – Keep stable fire with gas flow – Turn off fire or accidental flame out – Thermocouple tip become cold – Voltage weak and disappear – Gas valve closes – Gas flow stops
Application : Indoor or outdoor kitchen appliances such as gas /electric range oven, cooktop, barbecue (BBQ,barbeque), water heater, boiler, space heater, fireplace, stove, burner, cooker, roaster, toaster, furnace, pellet, hob, grill, microwave, and etc.
