The Infrared Burning Ceramic Plaque is a high-performance heating component designed for maximum thermal efficiency. Unlike traditional heating methods, our multi-hole infrared ceramic plate allows combustion to occur within the ceramic matrix itself. This process generates intense radiant heat, making it an essential component for gas BBQ grills, industrial heaters, and commercial cooking appliances.

How It Works: The Ignition Process

Understanding the working principle ensures safe and efficient operation. The ignition sequence typically follows these steps:

Gas Supply: Open the gas valve (compatible with NG or LPG).
Ignition: Activate the igniter (piezo igniter, pulse igniter, or hot surface igniter) to generate a spark at the pilot light.
Combustion: The spark ignites the gas flow, heating the thermocouple tip.
Stabilization: The thermocouple produces a voltage that keeps the magnetic unit of the gas valve open, maintaining a stable flame.
Safety Cut-off: If the flame goes out accidentally, the thermocouple cools down, the voltage drops, and the gas valve automatically closes to stop the flow.
