Radiant Heater Ceramic
Fuction : As heating element, multi holes infrared ceramic has large surface with very high thermal efficiency. Burning happens inside Radiant Heater Ceramic and conduct thermal energy through generated radiation.
Ignition Working Process : Open gas (NG,LPG) – Turn on igniter (piezo igniter,pulse igniter,hot surface ignitor) – Get fire through spark plug (Pilot Light) – Heat thermocouple tip and produce a voltage – Magnet unit of gas valve opens – Keep stable fire with gas flow – Turn off fire or accidental flame out – Thermocouple tip become cold – Voltage weak and disappear – Gas valve closes – Gas flow stops
Application : Indoor or outdoor kitchen appliances such as gas range oven, cooktop, barbecue (BBQ,barbeque), water heater, boiler, space heater, fireplace, stove, burner, cooker, roaster, toaster, furnace, pellet, hob, grill, microwave, and etc.
